Episode Summary

On this episode I meet 3 seniors from BCIS in Beijing, Wallington, Tom and Hower, and I was absolutely blown away by the work they are doing at their school. They run a circuit club for students to learn about technology. They have developed apps that is used by their school for extracurricular activities and internal communications for announcements and upcoming events and also they are prototyping a solar power system that could eventually be expanded to power their entire campus. They even started their own company, Walteromtya, which you can learn more about in the show notes below. Throughout all of this they continue to learn and grow as a team and are committed to building a stronger community at their school. The BCIS mission is to challenge and empower students to be compassionate and inspired people, who act for the good of all and for the sustainable development of the world. These gentlemen are certainly living that mission.
