Could you give up your Smartphone for a week?
Download MP3On this episode I meet a documentary filmmaker from Western Academy of Beijing. Iris is currently in her junior year and we’re going to be talking about a documentary film that she made for her personal project at the end of gr. 10. For her personal project, Iris decided to give up her smartphone for an entire week, record the experience and turn that into a documentary film. Imagine the challenges that go way beyond losing access to our social media feeds. I love how Iris tells the story and shares her reflections on the experience and the connection to mindfulness that goes beyond her years. Before you listen to this episode, make sure to watch her film that is linked in the show notes.
