How do we celebrate diversity in our communities? Diversity has many different forms and unfortunately sometimes leads to bias and discrimination both in and outside of our school communities. In Part 2 of my conversation with Anna, Chinwe, Itu and Larry, student leaders from ISD in Senegal, you will hear more about their passionate work to lead change in their community and some of their challenges and triumphs along the way. We are all going through a human experience. Let’s build on the momentum that they have generated and make space for these conversations, engage in allyship and move forward together towards a more diverse, equitable, inclusive society.
